TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOUR RESERVATIONS (III).
In this section establishes the contract between buyer and seller(III).
INSURANCE:
The seller will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the buyers safety, but cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to property, death or injury whilst participating in the walks.
It is the responsibility of the buyer when booking, that they are in good health, and that the buyer will declare any medical condition that may adversely affect the ability to complete the walks.
It is necessary an insurance for this journey for that reason, the travel agency offer a series of insurances between 20€ and 100€. This can be negociated at the same time when buying the airline ticket.
Take into account that when paying for the ticket, some credit cards are covered instantly for accidents. BUT ONLY DURING THE FLIGHT. For this motive, we recomend consulting the travel agency.
