TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOUR RESERVATIONS (II).
In this section establishes the contract between buyer and seller(II).
CANCELLATION:
On behalf of buyer: the inscription fee will be used for a deposit on transport, hotels, sites, etc., (travellers who so wish can pay the total), the reason being that this will not be refundable is that the investment affects the whole group and not only the person in question. With the result that the requierement on behalf of the buyer is to be absolutely decided in participating in the tour.
For whatever reason the buyer wishes to vary his visit (for example: fo extend his time in any city or preference for another city) will not count on the services of the group for transport and accomodation. This will not be refundable.
On behalf of Bluestone Tours, in the case of climatic problems or of a similar nature, beyond the control of Bluestone Tours, a cancellation wil be made, offering alternative dates or returning any money paid, except the inscription fee.
FINANCIAL SECURITY:
Your deposit and final payment will held in a trust fund until the tour is completed. This ensures the financial security for your tour and is to comply with the E.U. Package Travel Regulations of 1992.
IMPORTANT:
We request the traveller who makes a reservation for this tour, has read attentively all the information included in this web, thereby, has total conformity and understanding.
Bluestone Tours maintain the right to make changes in the itinerary that they consider necessary for a better functioning of the tour. This could happen beforehand or during the tour (climatic reasons, closing of sites, etc.).
